I start my carrier as a Trainee Production Assistant and become a production assistant within an year when the training period was for 3 years. Working as a Production Asst I learned how to manage the workers and learned how to saw a garment. In one line there were 250 operators (including the training line) and mostly we been making T-Shirt’s and Baby over coats. Main buyers were JCPANEY and Gymboree.
