• Coordinate Guess Retail Store Development in all 5 countries in the South East Asia region; Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, and Taiwan; responsible for about 115 retail stores throughout the region.• Preparing annual sales projection, annual marketing plan, and annual purchasing plan for the region; reporting directly to the Guess? Regional CEO South East Asia• Monitoring sales achievement for the region as well as to conduct a strategy plan on how to increase the sales numbers• Strengthening and expanded existing distribution channel in addition to establishing new distribution channel in South East Asia (business development)• Implementing inventory management through a strategic market analysis for buying purposes encompasses studies of price structuring competitiveness, seasonal merchandise sell through, and consumer profiles• Positioning the brand image to the right customers in every country and ensuring the minimum amount of advertising and promotion spending has met with the approved budget from the principal.
