I love bringing people together by strategizing, designing, and building great products. From my experiences, a 'great' product is one that exceeds expectations for both the end user and stakeholders. Witnessing a stakeholders’ goals being achieved, a customer’s needs being met, or a key pain point being removed, leading to a team feeling satisfaction and success, that is what helps me sleep at night.My approach to research, strategy, and product management is deeply influenced by my education and early career experience in graphic design, and was solidified by focusing on UX research and design for tech companies focused on SaaS and eCommerce platforms.Understanding what people are interested in, what motivates them, and what blocks them from achieving their goals enables me and my team to identify opportunities and craft effective solutions.I specialize in:* Identifying opportunities and/or evaluating existing issues using techniques such as LEAN Kaizen (e.g., the “5 Why’s”)* Creating baseline studies and conducting competitive analyses* Facilitating 1:1 studies, group feedback sessions, and brainstorming sessions* Preparing and delivering comprehensive recommendations for product enhancements or new features* Creating and supporting roadmaps to inform research and business planning* Driving and supporting project delivery by identifying requirements, translating them into user stories, and managing scrums and sprint updatesI am also passionate about mentoring, and being a strong ally. As a former President and Board Member of the American Business Women’s Association, Cape Cod Chapter; former co-chair of the Covetrus/SmartPak ERG “SmartPak Women Achieving Greatness;” and Ally in Covetrus’ PRIDE group, I consistently seek opportunities to foster connection and support for my colleagues.
