He is guiding organisations on their digital transformation journey, leveraging industry collaboration for academia to drive education excellence and helps individuals realise their potential. He is Chair of IT/ITES committee at MCCIA. At PIC, he leads the research track for Science, Technology and national innovation ecosystemOver a career of 34 years, Dina has held diverse leadership roles in TCS, delivered value in building strategic businesses and driven transformation initiatives. With his passion for technology, ecosystems mindset and collaborative approach he has been delivering value to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.In his last role at TCS, he led the Partner Ecosystems & Alliances function. Earlier, he was responsible for the US$5+ billion Analytics & Insights business and established TCS as a leader in this space. He setup the TCS Data office and institutionalized Data Excellence program at Tata Group level with TCS Datom. Dina built his career as a database and open systems expert, evolving into architecting High performance & scalable systems, also delivering large programs.He managed the P&L for TCS’ US$2+ billion Business Process Services (BPS) and Business Analytics unit. During his BPS stint he managed the BFSI vertical within BPS and was the CEO & MD of TCS eServe, which was recognized as a highly successful acquisition in the IT industry. For over a decade, he managed Capital Markets clients and was responsible for P&L of Wall Street accounts.Dina has been a strong advocate of sustainable development and has been at the forefront of addressing challenges linked to climate risk. TCS Sustainathon Pune on the theme of waste management, was launched under his leadership. As a champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), he has led from the front on various initiatives, notably among those are the WILL forum, the All Women Centre at Riyadh, setting up Global delivery centers, and supporting various initiatives for inclusive education of girl child.He has been providing industry leadership to the IEEE Pune section for over 20 years and was the Section Chair for years 2018 and 2019. He is passionate about making a difference in the education sector.
