Started my first job as a Korean Interpreter in a Korean garment-manufacturing company, located in Bogor, in 2016. I worked there for 6 months from October to March 2017. Afterwards I joined PT Hankook Tire Indonesia in March 2017 as a part of HR Team.Started off as a payroll support staff, I also acted as a Korean Interpreter for the team and help with the communication between the Korean Expatriates and Local Leaders & Staffs, vice versa. In a span of 2 years, I was given chance to handle other HR-related jobs, such as overtime data analysis, recruitment process, and latest is to handle employee's private health insurance. Near end of 2019, in November precisely, I was appointed to do the secretarial jobs for the Vice President. I've been doing the work for 4 years until early November 2023.Had some new experiences as President Director Secretary didnt stop me to step forward for accepting new responsibilites as Payroll Staff. In early years did some support task yet currently doing more focused task in Payroll part. Ready for another round of new stuffs, learning experiences, and knowledge.
