Work as a key member of the Marketing Communications Team to execute an ongoing marketingand communications campaign that highlights the depth and breadth of the school’s program inorder to optimize enrollment, engagement and philanthropy:• Determine and maintain overall look and feel of School Website.• Manage all content areas, write programmatic content, maintain front page news of the Website• Shoot/edit videos, take/edit photos of school life to be used both digitally and in print.• Design and produce two weekly electronic newsletters, written for different constituencies.• Collaborate on the development of the school’s Social Media presence.• Project-manage, create, write and edit content for the school’s three print publications,MARYMOUNT TODAY, the school’s twice-yearly glossy magazine, and the Annual Report.• Manage designers and photographers for photo shoots and collateral design.• Collaborate with Advancement Team and Senior Administration to maintain visual identity for theschool.• Collaborate with the Admission Office to create Viewbook and other recruiting materials.• Design marketing collateral and documents interdepartmentally as needed.• Manage print and online advertising campaign budgets and buys for school marketing program.• Collaborate with Advancement Team, Admission Office and Development Office to maintainconsistent language and messaging across all constituencies.• Maintain digital bulletin boards.• Write and disseminate press releases.

Responsible for the coordination of school marketing and public relations operations, marketing strategy and development, promoting school throughout the community, overseeing annual enrollment process, development of marketing and promotional materials, conducting school tours for prospective applicants, large emphasis on parent relations. Played a key role in school meeting and exceeding all enrollment objectives. Was a member of a team that helped school to become a top-rated Montessori school in the East Bay. Oversaw several annual fundraising events and programs, guided their scope and promotion. Worked closely with Volunteer Coordinator to determine annual parent volunteer projects and ways to foster volunteerism and community. Assisted in the development of school database.

Managed HighSchoolAlumni.com, one of the first online social networking communities.Responsible for developing site features and functionality that would grow the product, includingsubscription, photo upload, registration, bulletin boards. Worked with engineers and designers to make key marketing and development decisions, produced requirements documents to direct development of these features. Worked with engineers and designers to manage the development of these features that helped membership grow from hundreds of thousands to millions. Worked with business development in making key business and marketing decisions, development of project materials to support marketing, sales, and customer support personnel.

Responsible for directing day to day college marketing operations, training and supervision of support staff and local college marketing representatives, developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies for the music industry’s oldest and largest college marketing program.

Assisted the Senior Vice President of Product Management in such areas as managing project budgets, approving artwork, and other production-related functions. Acted as Product Manager for new artists.

Secured press coverage for actors, television shows and musicians in relevant print and TV media outlets. Helped to create, organize and promote all local Hard Rock Café events.
