Responsible for the planning and execution of Recruitment in the Fall/Spring. Works closely with the executive leadership to educate them on the recruitment rules and standards. This position creates budget plans, philanthropy ideas, and works with other officers positions to approve all aspects of running a successful recruitment.

New Horizons is a program that works to expose young immigrants to the STEM field. Growing up as a second-gen immigrant, I had minimal exposure to the STEM field since my parents did not grow up here, and they were unfamiliar with the prestigious opportunities students were offered. Growing older, I wish I had become familiar with the field earlier on to set a stronger foundation for my future self. It’s time we step up and work together to promote change, and that change begins with you.

Wrote poetry book “Journey To Success by Dina Sadig” available on Amazon. I worked alongside my mayor to distribute this book to children in the Oak Creek Annual Market. I hope to inspire these young minds, I believe in the children I work with and I want to give them the resources they need to succeed.
