• Contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.• Manage and design the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. • Develop and maintain all Social Media pages and communications.• Work with Fund Raising team to develop and manage a comprehensive donationand collection strategy.• Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness• Ensures maintaining a consistent “look & feel” for all external messaging and creative executions for MELTI across different media as per corporate brand guidelines.• Work with management team to write monthly newsletter to local supporters and churches.• Preparing quarterly KPI report across all departments.• Organize and attend events and exhibitions• Maintain, build and update mailing databases
