Hello and Welcome to my profile!This is Dina Sayed - I’m a Civil Engineer and Project Coordinator with over 20 years of hands-on experience, especially in large-scale infrastructure projects like the World Bank-funded Sustainable Rural Sanitation Services Program (SRSSP). My work focuses on ensuring that projects run smoothly, meet their targets, and comply with international standards. I’m not just about ticking boxes—I love finding practical solutions that help communities while working closely with international donors, local teams, and government bodies to keep everything on track.One of the things I’m most proud of is my ability to juggle complex projects, from managing KPIs and overseeing procurement to ensuring that key performance targets are met. I’ve always enjoyed being the bridge between different stakeholders—whether it's coordinating with the Ministry of International Cooperation or engaging with international donors to ensure all aspects of a project are aligned and moving forward.In addition to my project management experience, I’ve spent the past several years teaching at The American University in Cairo. It’s incredibly rewarding to mentor young engineers and share real-world insights that go beyond textbooks.
