These are designed to provide hands-on learning experiences in various fields such as science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM). Each kit contains age-appropriate projects and materials that encourage kids to explore, create, and learn through interactive activities. LalaToys is a VC-backed startup, building a sharing economy retail service for children's toys. As CEO, I took part in almost all aspects of the company from building the platform to establishing strong paid digital customer acquisition strategy.- Achieved +3500 subscribers since the beginning of the journey.- In charge of budgeting, forecasting, P&L and investor reporting.- Build the entire platform and logistic infrastructure from scratch together with my team - first version within two months.- Have raised +4 mio DKK in capital to the startup and navigated the company through a very though 2022 still growing 10% on average MoM.- Acquired Woodstein to our portfolio in Feb 2023, which today is the main driver of the company.

Business Process Manager in our Global Shared Service Center (WSSC) located in Manila, Philipines.As Business Process Manager, I was in charge of managing +130 employees direct and functionally across all our business functions.
