Housekeeper
Current- Handling guest rooms, inspecting rooms for guest arrivals, VIP arrivals and coordination with front office for blocking, engineering for maintenances and other associated departments for timely turnaround of rooms.
- Managing the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all public areas, taking regular rounds, snagging of areas.
- Liaising with other support departments such as Food and Beverage, Engineering and Front Office for smooth operations and upkeep of the property.
- Formulation yearly budgets of variable expenses (Guest Supplies, Cleaning supplies, Printing and Stationery, Paper supplies, Upholstery, Guest amenities, Guest empowerment).
- Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in overall operations of the department.
- Involved in grooming of team members for Supervisory Development Programme, OCLD and industrial training and organizing appraisal and feedback sessions with the team.
