• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contractual openings with our clients.• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.• Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on company process.• Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.• Update and track candidates in accordance to organization’s standards.• Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.• Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web.• Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.

Project Summary: "The HR Management system handles the details of all the applicants applying for a company and if the HR found any of the applicant eligible for the openings then he can sent the interview details on his home page and by logging in an applicant home page an applicant can update resume and can see the interviews HR has sent."My Role: I acted as the Group Leader, did the main interface designing in Java(J2EE) . And designed the database design and implemented it in oracle10g

Project Summary: "The payroll data are employee number, employee name, pay rate, and union member flag. The year-to-date total should contain earnings, federal tax, pension plan, and union dues and project maintain all info about the salary of all employees."My Role: I acted as the Group Leader, did the main interface designing in Java .
