I have worked on expanding our presence and established partners in strategic markets. My responsibilities include but not limited to:• Planning out business model through detailed investigation into business practice of competition, customer insights and trends.• Driving answers to strategic product wide questions that will guide new innovation and investment areas• Budgeting and resource planning • Identifying new markets to drive business growth in international markets• Find suitable partner and create strong network for sales & after sales service• Asking the right questions to drive quantitative insights and feeding data back into the product roadmap• Working directly with leadership team on long term strategy• Evaluating risks and tradeoffs associated with each course of action• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines• Go to market strategy for launch of product including design launch plan, focus areas of importance, pre & post launch activities• Carry out brand building activities & Plan advertisements showing differentiation of our products

My base was in Australia and I was responsible for running operations for Mahindra in Australia. In addition to that I directed company operations to meet market share, plan budget, financial goals, provide timelines, set goals, prioritize tasks and manage resources.
