 Preplanning of the scaffold including weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie-offs, supports, etc. Allocated responsibilities to sub-contractors and others regarding the most appropriate order and method of working Overseeing the erection of the scaffold Final inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use. Daily Progress reporting and Weekly meetings with high management regarding site activities  Liaised directly with client and conducted and recorded quality audits. Works closely with design and technical experts. Advising to management regarding materials and manpower movement  Delivered a method of safe working to Site Manager, identifying potential hazards and precautions to be observed. Advised and Instructed to all TAS supervisors/ Foremen and Charge hands.  Site Survey and calculation/Estimation for all kind of New sites such as Construction and Oil & Gas Industries  Inspection and documentation of the condition of the scaffold and its ability to be occupied safely. Inspections of scaffolds after changes / alterations have been made.
