Line balancing to achieve maximum output. • Preparation of Operation bulletin, Thread Consumption & Layout. • Cut to Pack Process Flow & SOP Regularly Monitoring • Conducting Pre-Production Meeting before starting the style and ensuring effective feedback is given to Production department regularly. •Ensuring the availability of machines, folders, attachments and manpower required for the new styles. Evaluate and advise Actual Thread/ Trims consumption. • Monitor and review hourly production.• Monitor bottleneck operations and take necessary steps to improve productivity. • Ensure Grading of Operators based on the fundamental rules fixed by the Organization. • Ensure module performance as per set target• Review monthly style plan to ensure all machineries required for the style are made available in the facility.
