• Maintain strong working relations with banks and setting up processes on cash management, exploring new banking tie-ups, reduction of cost of borrowings and bank charges.• Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operation and capital investment requirements.• To deploy surplus funds available in various instruments like Fixed Deposits, Certificate of Deposit & Mutual Funds.• End to End Processing and Controls in respect of Bank Guarantees & Letter of Credit, Vendor Bill Discounting, Buyer`s Credit.• Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) fillings in Wholly Owned Subsidiary & JV Companies.• Filling of Annual Performance Report (APR) and Foreign Assets & Liabilities with RBI.• Taking Forward covers for the net forex exposure, on past performance / underlying basis and processing of forex payments and inwards. • Processing documentation for availing new loans with Banks and NBFC and to ensure Principal & Interest pay-out as per the due dates. • Submission of Un-Hedged Foreign Currency Exposure, Financial Follow up Reports, Stock Statement to Banks, Due Diligence Certificates, Forex and derivatives certificates. • Availing Export Packing Credit based on Export Exposure, Working Capital Demand Loans.• Working with Credit rating agencies to obtain credit rating for the company.• Preparing MIS and audit schedules on Investments and Borrowings, Interest Cost, Cash Flow Statements, Forex Gain / Loss, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).• Regularisation and closure of IDPMS, EDPMS, IRM & ORM • Availing approval for Netting off, Import & Export transactions.• Co-ordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors for the smooth closure of audit.

• Processing of Import Payments – Form A2, A1 & Merchanting trade payments.• Opening Inland, Foreign & Merchanting Trade Letter of Credit (L.C)• Opening of Inland, Foreign & JV companies Bank guarantees.• Negotiation of client letter of credit with banks and submission of documents for the same.• Over Seas Direct Investments (ODI) in Wholly Owned subsidiary & J.V Companies.• Availing Export Packing Credit based on Export Exposure, Working Capital Demand Loans.• Imports & Exports regularisation.• Getting GR Waiver & closing the same, Bank Realisation Certificate. • Merchanting Trade Transaction Closure.• Submitting Un Hedged Foreign Currency Exposure report to Bank.• Investments in Fixed Deposit & Mutual Funds.• Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)• Preparing cash flow statements on a weekly basis.• Accounting of bank charges and comparing the same with the budgeted numbers.• Preparation of receivables report for cash management purpose.
