As a Software Development Engineer at Matrix Comsec Pvt Limited, I undertook diverse responsibilities and spearheaded various projects across software development, web UI design, and backend implementation.I enhanced the image delivery functionality of the GoAhead Server by modifying it to transmit specific images in XML format based on user information from the URL. This involved meticulous testing and debugging to ensure efficient data retrieval, formatting, and integration.Furthermore, I led multiple GUI projects for access control devices, utilizing Qt QML to optimize user experience and functionality. Noteworthy achievements include enhancing device status display with real-time updates, implementing dynamic status bar functionality for Wi-Fi signal strength, and introducing intuitive UI navigation features.In addition to GUI development, I developed web UIs for hardware testing and user interaction using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery. These interfaces included a Dual Reader Auto System Test web GUI and a user info page displaying user photos, with features such as manual user face enrollment and Wi-Fi signal strength display, all undergoing extensive optimizations for performance enhancement.Moreover, I created a lightweight server utility with a web UI using C as the backend language. This utility ensured robust configuration handling and comprehensive testing capabilities to verify device settings and handle corner cases effectively.Additionally, I implemented various backend functionalities in C, focusing on protocol implementations between devices and readers to enhance performance and reliability.Throughout these projects, my proficiency in C, QML, Python, HTML, JavaScript, and various development tools ensured the creation of robust solutions and the optimization of performance. My work reflects a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences and leveraging technology to solve complex problems effectively.
