Achieve production targets through effective collaboration with production, procurement, and quality teams. Monitor and review daily work reports to ensure smooth workflow and maintain effective communication across teams. Manage and optimize inventory levels for finished goods and work in progress to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. All necessary documents for the audit will be prepared and properly documented in coordination with cross-functional teams. Prepare the packing list for equipment ready for dispatch, and follow up on the sales order, delivery order, invoicing process, and vehicle movement. Experience as a shift engineer in fabrication, machining, and complex assembly, including tanks, shells, tundish, buckets, ladles, ladle cars, screw conveyors, construction work, and other heavy engineering tasks. Create bills of material, routing, production orders, confirmations, stock transfer postings, and stock analysis reports using ECC production JEP-700 HANA SAP, and track which equipment is ready for dispatch. Create material and item codes, map bills of material, handle purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders, and clear GRN and SRN bills. Continuously coordinate with the commercial team, logistics team, and customers to dispatch finished equipment, managing sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices through the SAP system. Implemented SAP PP, PM, and MM modules as an end user, covering all processes involved in equipment manufacturing and machinery, in coordination with the SAP IT team. Led project activities including civil work, structural work, dismantling and erection, duct sheeting, crane erection, commissioning, and workshop machine installation from Greenfield to full commissioning. Focus on creating a safe work environment by establishing policies and procedures, identifying potential hazards, and assessing risks. Provide appropriate equipment and safety training to workers and staff.
