Project: Foundation Data warehouse and Integration HubClient: DHL EXPRESS HUB, SINGAPORERole: Advanced Systems Engineer(Oracle PL/SQL support) Environment : MS Visual Studio .Net Framework 2.0, Crystal Report 11.0, Oracle 11g, C, Pro*C, PL/SQL, Shell Script & Perl.This project was a data warehouse where we were loading data to a database using SQL Loader and further using the Oracle backend procedures and packages .It was critical to the business as it was dealing with the financial data for the client . In case of any issues arising in the running of the application, the team members need to identify the cause of the failure and also the solution to it and update its status at regular intervals .The applications Hub and FDW receive data from numerous other applications, process them and then send the data to several other applications for further processing and reporting.
