Project: ASHUGANJ 450 MW CCPP (NORTH) PROJECT • Go through contractual agreement between client and contractor .Based on the contract, coordinating in preparing of handover procedure • Implementing the handover procedure and make the client agreed for the successful handover of the power plant. • Coordinating Construction team and commissioning team to make an agreement for the scheduled mechanical completion • Make final agreement between construction manager and commissioning manager in order to transfer the system from construction to commissioning. • Transfer the plant care & Custody from Contractor to Client by achieving the Mechanical competition • Submitting all the TOPs (MC Dossier) to client and officially requesting for the Provisional acceptance certificate (PAC)

(SADARA) • Making agreement with client in order to make official transfer of the facility. • Coordinating with client and subcontractor regarding the turn over activities in order to handover the facilities to SADARA. • Conducting system progress meeting on weekly and daily basic to monitor the progress of the system in construction and Pre-commissioning phase • Performing mechanical completion walkthrough together with SADARA and generating the outstanding activities as per contract. Generate pending activities addressed to our management and sub-contractor to resolve the issue

Project: YANBU EXPORT REFINERY PROJECT (YERP) • Preparing systemization as per commissioning requirements and submitting to client for getting approval of the systemization. • Advice sub contractor to prepare pre-commissioning packages (Pressure test package, Loop packages, Motor solo run package, Final box up packages) as per approved systemization • Follow up with subcontractor and monitor the system progress, based on the system progress to notify the client for the system walkthrough. • Conducting joint walkthrough with client and get final consolidated official punch list • Based on the completion of punch item requesting the client for the Mechanical completion certificate.

PROJECT : SAUDI ARAMCO EXPORT TOTAL REFINERY (SATORP) • To organize, control and follow up with the different packages Interfaces Engineers to have all deliverables issued by corresponding contractors on time. • Preparing Interface work permits and follow with other packages. Maintaining interface management database with interface point completion status and forecast dates • Coordinating interface issues with client and other packages. Preparing Site interface queries for interface issues and organize meeting with various packages in order to solve critical interface issues. • Reviewing and approving test packages on engineering side. Follow up engineering issues related to field modifications and updating test package ISO’s and P&ID’s as per site condition. • Involved in preparation of lift package for heavy equipment's. • Co-coordinating with transportation company for the heavy equipment transportation and issue transportation notices to other EPC regarding time, date and dimension of the equipment's

Project:Borouge2 Project Utilities, Offsites &External Interconnections (UOE) • Controlling all relevant engineering information for tag items to be Mechanically complete and commissioned • Involved in preparation Phase of set up the database with all relevant engineering information data • Assign QC, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning check sheets to the corresponding tag items. • Preparing Mechanical Completion dossier and involved in the preparation of commissioning Dossier • Controlling the Piping ,Mechanical related activities in the phase of Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning through the data base
