 Over 8.0 years of IT experience, extensive knowledge on SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and Testing as well as explicit knowledge on applications such as Oracle POS, Back Office, Store Inventory, and Merchandising. Have been the go-to member in CAR POSDTA team for any design, queries, clarifications etc., Have worked on End to End Implementations for different regions, namely Europe, APAC, Australia and Japan and a global solution (with a future scope for North America, Korea). Worked on all the CAR POSDTA related Requirement gathering with the respective Business teams. Worked on all the Functional Specification documents of CAR POSDTA across the Implementations and Global solution. Worked on SAP CAR to support the ongoing POS Sales Audit functionality in SAP FMS from the PoS system. Mapped the PoS Transaction logs from Oracle POS to SAP CAR with the help of SAP PI and configured CAR to generate the IDoc’s to FMS and perform the sales audit. This was done across all the implementations.  Helped the other team members from different streams whenever and wherever possible by proposing solutions for different Issues. Responsible for End to End testing. Responsible for Cut-over activities under OTC, MD and CAR POSDTA areas to ensure a smooth transition from system to system. Provided go-live support and was appreciated for on-time support provided in hyper care as well as support phase of the projects. Several Appreciations received by the Business team, IT Team involved in the Implementation from Brooks Brothers. Worked in Oracle-Relate a complete CRM solution which also manages the deals and promotions.
