1.Responsible for Application/Infra components Replatform & cloud movement (Public & Private cloud), Establish Scope, Objectives and approach, Lead tower-wise solution from Analysis till implementation, Recommend best practices, Review solution architecture, Quality Assurance.2. Responsible for Data Centre Transformation which includes the solution methodology of Discovery, Data analysis, Plan & schedule, Prepare Hosted DC for the in-scope apps, infrastructure & connectivity, Move UAT/Dev workloads, signoff & manage, move Prod workloads, Post migration support.3. Facilitate and gather requirements from the integrated application teams and provide security solutions to meet their needs while aligning with Organization strategies, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.4. Active involvement in meetings with clients for Ascentric migration & Cloud transformation migration program and business analysts to get requirements of the Application/Infra Components and way forward strategic plan for migration.5. Anticipate the needs from clients/stakeholders and proactively identify solutions.6. E2E ownership of effective delivery of the cloud migration initiatives.7. Manage and seek support for resolution of program level risks/issues and dependencies.8. Conduct & Monitor program progress/metrics – Daily/Weekly/Monthly programme governance and reporting with customer and TCS.9. Conduct daily standup meetings to reflect on the progress and un-block impediments.10. Work with architects to complete spearhead pilots required to test/prove the migration paths.11. Coaching and acting as a technical advisory to team members and groups within M&G on all identity & access related technical issues.12. Identify and lead large and complex continuous improvement initiatives seeking opportunities to more effectively address team processes/activities and the needs from vendor and 3rd party.13. Giving training sessions to the team members on the Infrastructure/Application migration scope and development whenever required.14.Ensuring successful delivery of project to live and signoff.15.Documenting all the key items faces throughout the project delivery phases of migration.16. Supporting & Mentoring technical teams and support teams.17. Effective utilization of resources.18. Stakeholder Management.19. First level escalation management.20. Managing projects pipeline delivery.
