√ Controlling company and project documentation.√ Following and improving document control procedures.√ Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.√ Sorting,storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industries.√ Producing document progress reports for seniors managers.√ To organise and distribute documents within a company using computers.√ Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.√ Preparing statement for cash invoices,credit invoices.√ Making purchase order (P.O.) of company equipments and vehicles used in all sites.(new/renewal).√ Making material request required for vehicle maintenance using for transportation purpose.

√ Collect and maintain all documents to arrange an organized filing system.√ Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation.√ Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary.√ Imputing all documents on Microsoft Excel.√ Daily file management.√ Responsible for the overall operation of Documentional control (DC) including fit up reports,weld execution reports,weld summary,all NDT reports such as RT,UT,PT,MPI.√ Daily updation of welding data and NDT performed data in company software system.√ Responsibilities include record keeping,all documents such as specification procedures, inspection schedule and records, inspection realese notice and quality record book with numbering system according to project filing procedure.√ Ensure that all controlled Quality documents related to the project are maintained to the latest issue,and that these documents are made available at all locations where operations essential to the effective functioning of the Quality Management System are performed.√ Well aware of all types of quality documents like ITP,Checklist,RFI,Non-conformance report, Technical queries,Hydro test packages and other miscellaneous project contract documents.√ Prepare weekly reports of all tasks and keeping the photographic log in date order, to support the team.√ Prepare Request for inspection (RFI) checklist and E-log within 24 hours prior to inspection.√ Scanning and proper filling of all documents related to QC and NDT.√ Reviewing of weld summary according to drawing and aramco standard.
