With over 6 years of experience in the beauty industry, I am currently the Director of Business and Strategic Development for Travel Retail APAC at Estée Lauder. In this role I wear 3 hats, I: lead the Strategy function for the APAC region; am the commercial sub-region lead for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau markets; and am the key account lead for several retailer accounts across APAC. I oversee the development and implementation of key strategic retail projects across the region, such as new store openings, digital transformation, and omnichannel initiatives. Prior to this role, I was a Senior Manager of Strategic Retail Projects at Estée Lauder, and a Presidential Management Associate, where I completed five rotations in different markets and functions, gaining exposure and insights into the APAC business. I have an MBA from the University of Oxford, and I am skilled in strategic planning, sales, and account management.
