Responsibilities:o Transformation:• Deployed a RPA BOT to prepare the bank reconciliation template, owing the full responsibility to provide monthly data input, regular BOT run monitoring, any enhancement or changes in the same.• Implementing the Excel based bank reconciliation on an automated tool by individual bank account level. Setting up the auto-categorization, auto matching and auto booking rules (recurring MJEs) in database.• Conducting the UAT, production movement, handover the automated reconciliation to accountant with user training.• Continuous effort on increase the effectiveness of the tool by adding/modifying the rules in the tool.• Monthly dashboard reporting.o Operational:-• Working as an SME role to support team to fix the bank reconciliation breaks, collaboration between cash accountant & upstream teams. Team handle the bank reconciliation for ~1600 bank accounts involving ~10 major ERPs.• Supporting cash account on un-identified cash transactions, operational delivery & knowledge upskilling.• Final peer review of the bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities:o Worked as a front line manager (FLM) of 40 FTEs in supporting GE Capital Americas businesses with Bank Reconciliation (950+ Bank accounts) and Bank account management process.o Monthly review with client and Genpact management to address any discussion around change in process, escalation, capacity and forecasting. o Quarterly Governance meeting with client’s Operations leader to drive feedback on overall process governance and improvement.o Maintaining the internal financials to avoid any revenue leakage, bench analysis, seat utilization, headcount reconciliation, statement of work (SOWs) and Change work order requests forms (CORF).o Participating in annual client survey.o Monthly One-on-ones discussion, regular career planning and overall grooming of resources.o Bi-Annually performance appraisals.o Organizing the team engagement events.

Responsibilities:o Worked as team supervisor (TL) of 10 FTEs in supporting GE Capital Americas businesses with Bank Reconciliation (150+ Bank accounts) process.o Quarterly SEC reporting for cash account number in B\S analysis pack.o Quarterly Cash regulatory reporting schedules (Y9C, Y9LP, Y-11, Y-2314).o Driving standardization projects to avoid non-value add processes. o Generating Production Metric Reports at an agreed frequency with client.o Weekly connect with clients and Genpact stakeholders.o Hiring of resource and providing the process trainings.o Monthly One-on-ones discussion, regular career planning and overall grooming of resources.o Regular performance appraisals.o Work review.
