Associate Manager PmoHcl Technologies Nov 2014 - Oct 2021Chennai1) Head Count Data / Billing SheetWith the Help of System Generated Data will share the data to Finance and Billing team to raise Billing. if any discrepancy rise will have discussion with DU & Finance to make sure we have don't have any Billing loss.Directly co ordination with Maintenance DU Head & TDL's for Monthly Billing review. review the Forecast vs actual and give Confirmation to the Operational and Finance team for Billing.2) Resource Assignation:Having Regular touch with the DU Heads to make sure the New Hires were assigned to right project and inter DU/Project changes were happening Smoothly.Having a good Rapport with the RAC team and make sure all the assignation requests were completed. This helps to have smooth monthly billing and invoice generation3) Redeployment / Bench Resources Co ordination:While Ramp Down will have act as an Bridge between Benched employees and WPC team to Make sure the Benched resources were identified for Suitable project with in the Organization.Will prepare the Tracker and have discussion every week with the Respective to make sure no Bottle necks in placing the Bench resources in other Accounts in the Org.4) Seat Management SystemInteract with operations and the employees makes sure the seats allocated was utilized and updated in SMS. Unoccupied seats will affect the Project profit, make sure the allocated seats were utilized to the optimum.5) CAPEX Management: Raise Capex for All Geo based upon the requirement shared by the PM and will follow up with the OMG team to Make sure that the Capex is getting approved in all levels of Stake Holders & PO get generated.
