Role & Responsibilities1- Responsible for delivery of multiple infra projects ( MEP, HVAC, FFS, FAS, PA, CCTV, IT, Interior office work, etc); in all respects within timeline & budget.2- Micro level project planning, scheduling, monitoring & coordination with all internal & external stakeholders.3- Review and ensure availability of correct, consistent, and comprehensive drawing and specifications. 4- Ensure proper safety quality of execution work at sites. 5- Ensure documented handover of all completed facilities, complying HOTO signoff process.6- Review, certify measurements & signoff vendors' bills. Ensure timely GRN, submission of provision, Bills, and closer of PO. 7- Value addition in project cost & timeline management. Skills:Project Management, AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, Google sheet, Good Written & verbal communication.
