I started off as a Web Designer, who was in awe of the potential that websites have to influence target audience and drive revenue, and today, as the Head of Design at a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, I still tackle design challenges with just as much passion. Throughout my working years, I have been drawn to the challenge of crafting highly functional designs and then making them aesthetically appealing. Over the years I have tackled the hurdles of tight deadlines and constraint budget through rigorous prioritization, effective communication, bridging the gap between designers and developers, and employing agile techniques like guerrilla research.Currently, as the Design Manager with over 15 years of work experience, I have extensive knowledge of crafting customer-centric digital experiences that drive conversions. So far, I have successfully led numerous wide-ranging B2B and B2C projects for global organizations, of varying sizes, such as ITC, Randstad, Henkel, Hertz, Fortune Hotels, Cigna TTK, and Kenko.
