-Develop concept to detailed design and execute Projects in Mechanical Parts.-Drive technical review meetings and PDR Phased executions.-Analyze assemblies and sub systems for interference and tolerance stack up calculations.-Define and develop engineering requirement specifications for sub-assemblies / sub-systems.-Release engineering drawings, documentations & BOM using Engineering Change Management process completing PLM/Teamcenter based-activities.-Ensure documentation is consistent with Aerospace Standards (MIL/ANSI/DIN).

-Full life cycle of electro-mechanical systems such as Power distribution unit(PDU), PDP, Tracker servo cabinet(TSC) & TPC from concept to productization including conceptualization, designing, CAD modeling, development, and test/validation.-Designs components using sheet metal with a good knowledge on sheet metal fabrication proces.-Implement design changes for parts and assemblies, including changes to address issues identified in supplier build or problem reports.-Identification of material cost reduction opportunity by BOM analysis.-Provide key deliverables including Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), technical specifications, risk analysis, test specifications, and design review presentations.-Selection of OEM components and materials.

-Create CAD models for the design concepts and design changes of complex parts and assemblies. -Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions can be manufactured with high- quality, cost-optimized, and to requirements.
