Responsibilities in this role include:• A member of the APJ and APAC Technical Support team to provide in-depth analysis and expertise in Menlo Security Products (Secure Web Gateway, Remote Browser Isolation, Email Isolation, Data Loss Protection, CASB and Cloud Firewall), manage issue resolution and active problem prevention.• Provide technical advice to Premium customers and end-to-end technical support for our existing customer base across the globe.• Reproduce customer issues in a controlled test environment for fault diagnostics and identification of possible solutions.• Handle escalation processes to Research and Development team.• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence and Zendesk for support activities.• Configuration & troubleshooting on Menlo product and Browser isolation.• Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and status code.• Experience on AD server, okta, SAML based authentication.• Analyze the root cause and giving the quick solution.• Configuration & troubleshooting on Menlo product and Browser isolation• Replication of issues in out home lab enviroments to see behavior and provide appropriate resolution to the customer.• Assisting International customer daily with their network issues, finding root cause and provide the quick resolution for the same.• Countries covered: Southeast Asia, North Asia, Australia and India• Industries covered: Government, Banking & Finance, Public Sector, Media, Hospitality & Travel, Enterprise.

Responsible for basic deployment,configuration and troubleshooting of Sophos Firewalls and Sophos UTMs (The NextGen Firewalls), which includes modules such as,1. Web Protection/Web Filtering/ApplicationFiltering, Intrusion Prevention, Firewall and QoS management.2. IPSec VPN, SSL VPN 3. Email Protection - Anti Spam & Anti Virus.Reporting the False-positive or False-negative samples to relevant teams.4. Maitainance of logging & reporting.5.
