Negotiating Freight rate with Shipping Lines, Freight forwarders & Chase depending upon their services to various sectors for Air & Sea Export shipments. *Daily Interaction with Banks, Insurance Company, Transporters, CHA'S, Inspection Agencies, Shipping Lines & Excise authority, Liasoning with office of the E.C.G.C. *Follow up & submission of Focus Market Scheme certificates to EXIM Cell and updating accordingly on ERP system. *Follow-up with CHA & DGFT for passing of shipping bill & data transfer of shipping bills to DGFT server. *Verification & approval for CHA bills passing, Advance Requisitions & ensuring payment on time. *Co-ordination, review & follow up with Production Department from all three factories for scheduling Export dispatches.*Generation of internal MIS Reports on Export sales, Outbound logistics expenses, Exports benefit obtained, etc.
