As the CEO of Rock Capital 360, a group of subsidiaries and divisions that offer diverse and innovative solutions in various sectors, I lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the group's goals and objectives. I oversee the board and stakeholder management, marketing, tax, accounting, finance, legal, IT, valuations, purchasing, operations, human resource, customer experience, sales, research, revenue, digital transformation, and auditing functions of the group, ensuring alignment, synergy, and efficiency across all domains.As the MD of Envision Rethink, one of the group's subsidiaries that specializes in strategy and innovation consulting, I help clients transform their businesses, products, and services through design thinking, agile methodology, and user-centric approach. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that improved the user experience, user interface, and eloquence of various platforms and applications, resulting in increased user retention, engagement, and satisfaction. I am also pursuing an MBA/Post Graduate qualification at various universities, where I am enhancing my analytical, leadership, and management skills.
