Monitor & take part in Roll passes & Roll guide, Roll changing activityIdentify the causes for the gaps between planned & actual production, RM & Spares consumption, Quality, delivery, Mondays, Fuel & power consumption safety compliance’s CAPA planning & development of measures for the elimination of Gaps. Periodically accessing SOP to identify & implement proactive identify measures for achievement of reduction in down time & spares and consumables. Review the status of bottlenecks (handling, equipment & Quality issue), to plan corrective action planning so as to minimize deviation and downtimes in plant operations. Keen knowledge of procurement of new project equipment, Capital Equipment & machines, new spares and development of existing machines spares from new vendors from RFQ to equipment installation and commissioning, coordinates with plan production team for the requirement of spares, machines consumables & RM.
