Engaging with site personnel at all levels to ensure commitment to the process and fit with current site and business strategy.• Provide six sigma mentoring and coaching to assigned green belts on site.• Ensure all aspects of the six sigma DMAIC process are robustly applied, intervening where necessary with champions, green belts and other team members to maintain compliance (includes both technical and change management elements of six sigma process).• Co-ordinate project selection with the Group Master Black Belts, ensuring that adequate metrics are established, learning is fully shared across the business to ensure maximum benefits are obtained.• Identify, recommend and lead troubleshooting efforts in business critical areas to resolve priority site issues, using six sigma tools.• Manage project and deliver benefits for at least 2 substantial six sigma projects on site per annum. • Coach site leadership team and functional leadership team (champions) in improvement techniques and process. • Job holder will advise the Senior Leadership Team on change management issues to enhance engagement and ownership of improvement projects.• Lean manufacturing roll-out on site

RCA for instrumentation fails and identify improvement plans .Applying for CAPEX to root out reoccurring issues• Communication: • Have continuous feedback sessions with subordinates on work performance and other issues that could affect their work. • Training staff: • Need to improve people’s skills and standards and book individuals for training in the area of weakness or try and mentor them if possible. • Discipline: • Make sure company rules and policies are adhered to. • Daily maintenance
