I have worked for over three decades across industries & geographies in the Service space and my credo from the outset was to “Implement with Speed and Execute with Rigor”. As I grew and took on large leadership roles, I found that putting the Customer First and having an Engaged Team emerged as key to overall success. Also as I moved and expanded my learning landscape in terms of roles, industries, demographics and continents, I increasingly began to recognise and understand that success and achievements were as much about getting the basics correct as it is about keeping up with new skills and techniques. My strength lies in keeping a razor like focus on these two anchors. This approach has helped me simplify even the most complex of issues and focus, facilitate relevant actions. My deep industry know how, experiences working with inspiring visionaries, my belief in people, and my personal work ethics has developed my potency as a leader/enabler.A couple of years ago, with a thought to use my competency and experience and to be able to guide and support organisations striving for growth, I decided to step away from the conventional corporate role and start my own journey. Having worked with a range of stakeholders including Clients, Partner Organizations, Consulting firms and having gained new understanding from them I envisioned the opportunity to build an organization from scratch that had vital differentiators which could add value in its sphere of influence.And thus was born Vasutti, which means enrichment in Sanskrit. As a firm Vasutti has deep industry know-how, peopled by Senior Leaders who led from the front and believed in the power of execution, and whose solutions were firmly anchored in insights and cognizant of realities.
