Inspection of all incoming raw materials (Dimensional Inspection Report, casting, machined, semi machined, forging) .− First Sample layout Report acc. to Drawing and Quality Plan.− Updation of Supporting document for Customer complains like as (PFMEA, Control Plan & other Supporting documents).− Conduct Product and Process audit for reduction of Customer Complains.− Responsible for Controlling of Formats & Documents.− Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.− Collaborating with Production head to develop and implement controls and improvements.− Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with Quality standards.− Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvement

• Detailed Inspection of components as per requirement and making reports.• Assuring Quality Issues Which occurs due to welding done on the product .• Managing the team working on the project with Planning, Control and Action .• Removing quality issues during the process welding and at the time of assembling .
