IATF:16949 Compliance: • Ensure IATF: 16949 compliances and lead the Audits.• Team leader for implementation of all pillars of AHQC (Anand House of Quality Culture) in the plant.• Experience in QMS & ISO/TS 16949:2009 & IATF 16949:2016 &ISO 9001 Documentations.• Conducting Internal Audit as per ISO/TS & IATF 16949:2016 requirements and ensure 100% compliance of schedule and on time closure of raised NCs & planning of follow Up Audit.• Conducting Management review meeting as per IATF 16949:2016 requirements, sharing the details and ensure effective review with Top management and closing the action for the same.• Review and update the CSR, process mapping and its effective deployment in the plant.• Assists with the updating of SOPs, work instructions, checklists and various other documents under Quality management, Problem Management and document control.• Coordination with all process owners to ensure effectiveness of QMS and on time closure of NCs raise during the third party audit. • In accordance with departmental standards, learn to develop accurate and complete work papers that adequately support the work performed.• Communicated and interacted with all levels of management on audit issue and managed audit engagements from the entrance through closing conferences.• Identify potential risks and controls assist in developing scope and work programs to planning and performing the audit.• Recommending improvements for the effectiveness of risk management and its mitigation action dept. wise for the same monitored and reviewed periodically.• Conducting Manufacturing process Audit / Special process audit as per the check sheet and closing the action for the same.• Monitoring of Key performance KPI / Quality objectives for overall plant and taking action against targets not achieved.• Planned and reviewed Contingency plan and conducted ‘Mock drill’ as per the plan.Customer Audits: • Understanding & Deployment of CSR and ensure effective implementation.• Review with SQA team for the deployment of CSR at supplier’s end.• Ensure compliance and coordinate the audits along with QA Team.• Review for the closure of NCR raised by the customer if any.Quality Training: • Knowledge sharing to all employees related to IATF: 16949, IQA, Core tools, CSR, etc.• Proactively identifies training opportunities for other staff to execute on the plant goals.• Coordinate and ensure monthly quality communication at shop floor through MOR.COPQ & COPQ 2.0: Provide analysis on Cost of poor Quality (COPQ) for management.
