CurrentResponsible for building team from scratch to support automation and innovation initiatives. some key responsibilities are:· Monitored resource allocation, budget development and personnel recruitment for multiple QA projects.· Designed and deployed internal development dashboard to provide single touchpoint to access progress metrics.· Directed Test automation development efforts using industry-specific tools to increase overall productivity.· Direct, motivate, develop and manage performance of the management team and key staff· Provide consulting expertise to projects of various size and complexity, promoting and enhancing testing best practices and enterprise wide test strategies· Direct, manage and deliver large, complex, mission critical applications project· Manage relationship with business partners and vendors; interface and maintain communications with it and business management· Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organisation· Provide technology and product research, evaluation and impact analysis including CICD, BDD, Jenkins, service virtualization.
