Dinesh is an enabler and expert with reference to establishing a user-centric vision and design-driven solutioning culture in the organization. He is a seasoned design leader with nearly 21 years of industry experience; and is passionate about crafting experiences that are meaningful and purpose-driven in nature to efficiently solve real-life problems for clients, customers, and end-users. He has spearheaded multiple turnkey global engagements across clients from different industries by harmonising business objectives and user needs. He has also empowered and cultivated different leaders by mentoring them towards an effective ROI driven experience design mindset.At Tiger Analytics, Dinesh’s role has multiple responsibilities including fostering a design-centric culture within the organization; this by nature strongly reflects in establishing and scaling up the Experience Consulting practice that focuses on a broad spectrum of Product Design and Communication Design capabilities to drive business transformations. In addition to this, there are multiple other growth areas where Dinesh adds value to the firm; which includes building confidence with new client stakeholders, identifying strategic ways of addressing future pain-points for identified user segments, groom and build a career path for the versatile set of design talents, provide out-of-the-box solutioning and mentorship, as well as many other broader aspects. Prior to joining Tiger, Dinesh led a cross-functional User Experience Team at PwC-US Bangalore Acceleration Center, where he has been instrumental in nourishing multiple talents that includes UX designers, Visual Designers, Video Professionals, Full Stack Developers, and Front-end engineers.
