As a Lead role for Projects, responsible for all MEP Retrofits Projects at client end.Responsible from Due diligence, complete conceptual and detail design and delivery/execution of project from an Engineering viewpoint and complete MEP solutions.Coordination and liaising with Client and all internal stakeholders in conjunction with design consultant for developing design solution for retrofits jobs as per guidelines and engineering standard set up by Client.Responsible for coordination and support for an arrangement of require statutory documents from the local authority and known for Standards relates to NBC, NFPA Fire, Electrical related to the local authoritiesPart of a Project procurement strategy and leading the technical evaluation to shortlist the contractor/vendor/OEM for further execution of project.Support to develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule for EngineeringLeading Project execution and delivery for all critical Infrastructure project.Finalization of Budget required for asset replacement plan every year.Project Delivery and end to end close out of the projects including billing and asset capitalization.

Designing and review of Electrical, Fire Alarm, PA and CCTV system for Mall and Commercial Building. Review of Electrical as well as IBMS schematic submitted by consultant.Overview of the Installation, Testing & commissioning of the Electrical as well as IBMS System
