RESUMEApart from supervising the general routine accounting work also does the core gamut of Accounting activities such as preparation of final accounts, preparation of schedules and annexures, notes forming parts of the financial statements along with the quantitative details, compliance with the relevant accounting standards and stipulated statutory requirements . Also does the liaison with the statutory auditors, Bank Fund based and Non Fund based credit facilities, responsible for timely submission of details to the Banks. Conversant with the Excise/Service tax procedures.Other responsibilities include preparation of Tax Audit details, Income Tax Returns, T.D.S. Returns Professional Tax Returns, Vat(Sales) Tax returns all E-filling and Provident Fund Returns, Preparation of various tentative Budgets for MIS,.Handles Assessment Hearings, and attends Appeals for/against the Company. Also independently does E-Filing of Income Tax Returns for Individuals(Directors of Company) & others.Apart from Accounting/Taxation work also handled the Export Documentation required for pre shipment/post shipments for exports of Madeups articles(Bedlinen, Kitchenlinen & Home furnishings items)Behove for reporting to the Managing Director & Auditors of the Company and supervises the work of seven underlings.
