1. Training of government and project staff on Cold Chain and Vaccine Logistics Management.2. Assisting the State Capacity Building Lead in the development of training plans and their implementation;3. Assisting in the review and design of training modules, and their field testing before actual use. Also assisting the State Cold Chain lead in the development of training schedules;4. Helping in the maintenance of a database of trainers and other resource persons;5. Assisting in organizing Training of Trainer (TOT) workshops, sensitization workshops, two day technical trainings at the state and district levels, as well as refresher trainings, at regular intervals;6. Undertaking field visits for the conduct of trainings for approx. 16 days every month;7. Supporting the Administrative Officer in making arrangements for training venues, training kits, meals, disbursement of TA/DA/HA claims of participants, etc.;8. Preparation of draft reports in respect of each training conducted;9. Conducting workshop evaluation and assessing the efficacy of training methodologies;10. Performing any other tasks related to planning and/or implementation of capacity building.11. Assisting with reimbursement of claims to participants, rendering complete accounts and supporting documents in respect of payments and expenditure incurred on the trainings.12. The Training Officer is expected to travel frequently to the Districts/Block for conducting trainings as per the training calendar.

Partner meeting with Govt. health department, WHO, UNICEF, & NGOs. Meeting conduction of AWWs, ASHAs, Gram Pradhan for supporting RI. Aware the students for their personal hygiene & care. Gathering with influensive people to clear the misconception of relevant communit y .Having meet with D.P.O., CMO for their guidance for RI &Polio eradication.

Prepare micro plans including identification of appropriate manpower, area validation, work distribution, planning for HRAs and mapping etc with SMO. Assist the District trainers and SMO in planning and organizing training. Monitoring the IPPI/SIA activities in assigned blocks. Collection and compilation of data IPPI/SIA and routine immunization for analysis and comparison. Work in close coordination with UNICEF to identify areas for intensive advocacy and social mobilization for Polio Monitoring of immunization campaigns & Block level data / indicators for surveillance. Supporting Tehsil level Task Force and Block level Task Force meeting for proactive cooperation of S.D.M., B.D.O., Tehsildar.
