• Conducts hotel tours and site inspections for potential customers • Pre and Initial market survey and qualification of accounts.• Planning strategies for corporate Acquisitions and Contracting.• Personally welcoming VIP guests as they arrive at the hotel.• Effectively develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for extended stay sales opportunities• Putting sales plans together.• Marketing of promotions and activities in the hotel.• Using excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint for presentations.• Comfortable dealing with clients both on the phone and face to face.• Maintaining positive guest relations at all times.• Participating in the preparation of annual sales budgets.• Soliciting new business through holiday and travel trade shows and exhibitions.• Developing sales strategies and action plans• Manage the hotel's RFP process/rate negotiations according to hotel’s rate structure and guidelines (RFP champion for the hotel) • Proactively being involved in trade shows and conferences to network, generate new leads and drive business.

Pre Opening Team

Responsible for all aspect of a hotel to make sure that it is running smoothly and making profitability. Managing overall operation include Sales and marketing, front desk, housekeeping, human resources, food & beverage service and food production.
