March 2011 to till date March 2011 to till date working as Senior Architect job profile include Planning, Scheduling, Controlling, Monitoring and Coordinating with management Architects / Consultants & Engg (MEP consultants and civil engineers) staff regarding the Pre Construction, Construction and during Construction activities .Job involves:• Preparation of working drawings and detailing as per the requirement of management and construction team.• Preparing design comparative and proposing amendments in the design to principal architect./ consultants.• Co-ordination with Project managers and Site engineers for day to day construction activity. Understanding the schedule of construction and release of drawing accordingly.• Co ordination and analyzing Structure MEP and Architectural drawings for conflict detection and proposing change in the drawings for best possible solution.• Meeting vendors for material Selection and preparing specification and cost analysis for the approval by management.• Coordination with Liaison architect and management for getting approvals from different authority. Proposing change in design according to building bye law and NBC to achieve best of FAR consumption.• Preparing Design brief/ FAR calculation for new Projects .Co coordinating with Master Planner /Architect for initial design Proposal.
