Key Contributions:- Establish Global Process/SOP in Procurement with smooth transition without any business disruption.- Lead the Supplier Consolidation and Segmentation Project for Capex and MRO Category.- Developed and maintain relationship with supplier at senior management level.- Achieved the cash flow target for business continuously for all the years.

- In charge of long term contract management of distribution of industrial gases. - Entrusted with the task of developing new vendors and vendor evaluation and approving them.- Purchase of new capital equipment like Cryogenic tanks, Vaporizers and bulk material like valves , regulators , Pressure gauges etc- In charge for Procurement of small projects : finalizing the civil, mechanical electrical contract, purchasing of all the material and also consulting agreement for statuary requirements.
