Joined the Group with the objective to recommend, improve and lead the IT Digitalization journey in the Company through ERP & CRM implementation. Launched ERP ‑ Dynamics 365 F&O and Retail project with 15 project team members from different departments. Performing Initiation to go-live, activities for the project, managing Stakeholder, business owner and key user applying standard PMP methods for software implementation.Working with Different Stakeholder, business owners to understand their current pain areas and business needs. Document and map the current business processes in ERP. Perform study sessions with different ERP vendors and arrange workshop demos with business owners, for ERP selection approach and assist business owners and stake holder to take decision for the right software product for the company. Suggest and produce documentation / reports based on the analysis with Implementation Partner.. Provide training sessions, to different business managers for the change management for ERP implementation. Regular communicate to provide updates for Board of Directors and CEO for the IT improvements and projects. Recommend suggest and implement best practices for ERP implementation. Data migration process management and end user training. Managing go‑live and end user support for ERP.Successfully completed project go-live for Microsoft D365 F&O and Retail Implementation.Managing Software licensing and Microsoft communication after and during the project implementation.Created detailed plans and frequently monitored progress to assure project goals were met.Conferred with clients to determine project needs and provided cost estimates and schedule details.Worked to effectively prioritize project goals and stick to important timelines regarding projects.
