Visual world has driven my curiosity ever since childhood which induced me to explore both the front and back end of it. Engineering aided my understanding of capturing-processing and display of visual information, fundamentally photons, light. Having worked in a media company as technical head led me to appreciate the importance of creating better imaging devices and gave the freedom to be an individual researcher to comprehend various digital processing methods, compression techniques and manipulating data using color channels, read image data using vector scopes, single as well as multi channel histograms and wide spectrum of hardwares. Have spent numerous hours exploring various quality based optics involved in the field of media along with their technical specifications. Physical design has been my area of interest which helped me expand design ideas into reality using CAD and Zemax for optical designs. Have designed and created reflection telescopes for capturing deep sky objects with minimal size, weight dynamics and reduced optical noise. With the knowledge from two different zones of imaging i.e optics design and image processing was able to design, co-develop equipments for already existing industrial machines. Have also designed a scanning system for making offline cryptographic BCH transactions that involve scanning highly encoded grayscale images that are not visible to human eyes but visible through optical keys.
