Current•Manage system enhancements, New Account Development, projects, part of Entitlements, strategy, setups & system support for assigned Microsoft dynamic Navision modules.•The sustainable performance demonstrated through examples and competencies in the current role as Analyst•Escalate issues that may have a significant impact on client satisfaction with the appropriate sense of urgency, collect and report management information in a timely manner to provide application overviews including new functionality assess automation opportunities and provide system training as needed.•Collaborate with internal technical teams to facilitate test issue resolution and provide on-going Production Support including problem management. Will include logging tickets, status communication & escalation as needed.•Lead evaluation efforts for new queries and functionality based on business requirements, complete testing efforts timely related to application patching, upgrades, modifications, analysis & documentation.•Ensure configuration documentation and training guides are updated based on application changes, new functionality upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
