Started my career in 1993 as an Accounts Officer of a small Company, which migrated from a proprietorship firm to a Listing company, & in my last assignment worked as CFO & Company Secretary of a company, which transformed from a small IT trading to a Service Provider company, got listed on Stock Exchanges and had enterprise value of USD 1 Billion. Lead various initiatives like: •Raising funds through IPO, FCCB, ECB, INR debt etc.; Laying down processes and systems, ERP implementation, Due diligence for IPO, M&A, Tax planning-Direct and Indirect, Setting-up of the manufacturing unit etc.Has vast experience in the field of Telecommunication, Information Technologies, Steel, Pharmaceuticals, Machine Tool Industry, Trading, Liquor industry, FMCG etc. While working as core team member of entrepreneurs and heading core vertical of the business, had holistic understanding of their working, challenges, strengths, values etc. Which enabled me to make holistic plan for the ventures.
