• Analyze, design, develop and maintain OneSubsea products in agreement with client specifications.• Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during tender, product design, manufacturing, fabrication, operations planning, onshore operations, offshore operations etc.• Review & approve engineering designs, documents, layouts, calculations and interpreting FEA / structural analysis results.• Successfully undertake technical projects and complete in on time for delivery and maintain OTD 95%. • Creates EWR, reviews and approves ECN packages for part reports, drawings, specifications, procedures, BOM and tender / project documentation.• Estimate engineering hours and delivery schedule for the engineering task received from other BU.• Lead the development and creation of all project drawings including P&IDs, vessels, structural and piping. Ensure that all drawings match and that any changes are picked up on all applicable drawings.• Create / review / comment on complex PFDs and P&IDs and perform P&ID walk-downs on fabricated equipment.• Create RCA and provide proper solutions to resolve the issues and maintain RCA record. Investigate non-conformances and provide technical disposition. Identify root cause of any technical problems and propose solutions to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.• Execute complex design projects from start to delivery, lead multiple projects at the same time, including small cross-functional projects.• Defines product quality, material, welding, and NDE requirements in drawings & BOM. • Create BOM of various components of OneSubsea production system in PLM/SAP. • Provides technical support to equipment manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, Factory acceptance test (FAT) and System integration test (SIT) activities.• Design 3D models & Create assembly drawing, detailed drawings (Machining, Weldment, Fabrication) with GDT and release to manufacturing in PLM / SAP.

· Preparing pump GA drawings (GAD) with complete package & skid with strong engineering details.· Producing 3D models of overall pump packages with piping in Autodesk inventor.· Preparing Piping & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) of complete pump package.· Creating Bill of Materials (BOM) of pumps, seal plan piping’s, etc.· Releasing structural skid and all fabrication drawings of complete pump package for manufacturing.· Preparing project technical documents such as Equipment data sheets,Performance curve.· Preparing quality documents such as Inspection Test Plan (ITP), testing procedures.· Preparing NDE procedures (UT,RT,DP,MP) and Welding Procedure (WPS/PQR).· Review, Comment & Approve vendor drawings & Documents.· Reviewing customer specifications and requirements and select suitable pumps and accessories.· Doing various types of pump selection.· Supporting Sales Engineers by solving customer Engineering Technical Queries to get projects from customer.· Submit technical deviation list with respect to the customer specifications and standards for the pump packages and get approved by customer.· Developing new products and make document standardization.· Select suitable materials and doing material selections for pumps.· Submitting Engineering Project Drawings & Documents to the customer within the requested target date and maintain OTD above 95%.· Incorporating all technical comments given by customer in drawings & documents.· Attending project meeting at customer place and providing technical support to customer to close all technical comments & get approval of project drawings.· Maintaining and loading all project Documents in in house Documents control system.· Supporting manufacturing area such are pump assembly, piping, painting & testing.· Supporting warranty team for site engineering issues and provides proper technical solutions.· Doing engineering pump calculations.· Preparing as-built drawings.
